For more than two years, the Pebax Powered® technical team has worked closely with the Swiss sportswear manufacturer On to helped them design a fully circular and innovative running shoe: the Cloudneo.
It is the world’s first shoe made from polyamide materials only, making it fully recyclable. It is commercialized through the Cyclon monthly subscription.
Run. Recycle. Repeat.
Every 6 months you can exchange your worn-out shoes for a new pair and your old pair gets recycled.
How is this possible? Thanks to On’s advanced design and our advanced bio-circular materials!
All of this starts with a bean.
Pebax® polymer technology was incorporated in the shoe to create super responsive foam layers in combination with On’s Speedboard® system. The shoe also contains its cousin, Rilsan® polyamide 11, which is entirely derived from castor beans for an innovative upper construction.
The shoe is the lightest ever produced by On and designed for athletes with absolutely no compromise of performance!
